You can now find us/purchase our cheeses at the Oakmont Farmers Market and the Lansdowne Farmers Market on a biweekly basis. The Oakmont Farmers Market is on Wednesday in Havertown, PA. The Wentworth Dairy Farm has been recognized as a Dairy Of Distinction since June 1991. This program is Statewide, farms are chosen on several different areas. They are reevaluated each year. The program gives recognition of an attractive dairy farm which gives the consumer greater confidence in wholesomeness of milk, and encourages support of the dairy industry. A Dairy of Distinction sign is displayed roadside at the farm entrance. - 2009 Quality Producer Certificate
Wentworth Dairy has recently been awarded a Quality Producer Certificate for 2007 from Maryland & Virginia Milk Producers Coop.
This was a result of having produced quality milk for 12 consecutive months. Previously we have received a 5 year award for quality. This is an honor which we feel shows our dedication to the belief of producing the best milk we possibly can. - Raw Milk
In 2006 Wentworth Dairy received the certifications necessary from the State of Pennsylvania to sell raw milk. Please check back here frequently as we may soon offer environmentally friendly stainless steel containers to our customers for raw milk transport purposes.
